If you are selling or promoting items and/or services commercially, you are a Sponsor under our community rules. Selling anything that did not originate off of your personal vehicle or were originally purchased for your personal vehicle is considered to be commercial. Our community Sponsor rules are here to not only help support the myMBonline.com community, but also to maintain control over the types of goods offered for sale to our members and as a way of minimizing the chances of fraud. 2. As a non-sponsoring vendor, we must ask that you do not promote your business and/or advertise/offer for sale any good or services via any myMBonline.com web functions, including username, avatar, signature, private messages, and forum/gallery postings unless approved by the myMBonline.com Staff. All violators and SPAMMERS are subject to immediate banning and deletion of user account. 3. Should you wish to become a myMBonline.com sponsoring vendor, please contact us by clicking here to email us for details and Sponsor requirements. | Sponsor Rules and Guidelines By sending payment and agreeing to be a Sponsor or Trial Sponsor of myMBonline.com, you have read and agree to accept the following terms: 1. Please respect other Sponsors by refraining from deliberately bumping threads up to the top as a way to gain First Page/Top of Page exposure. 2. The Staff of myMBonline.com reserves the right to take action regarding any type of violation; actions may include but are not limited to a permanent ban with no refund of sponsorship fees. 3. myMBonline.com reserves the right to reject, omit, delete, or cancel any online advertising that it feels is not in the best interest of the forum and/or its members. 4. myMBonline.com reserves any and all rights to cancel any sponsorship and sponsorship campaign at any time at the sole discretion of the myMBonline.com Staff. Any remaining balance of the sponsorship term will be prorated and refunded to the sponsor in the event of such cancellation(s). However, as stated in Paragraph 2, myMBonline.com may choose enact a permanent ban with no refund of sponsorship fees in the event of a blatant violation of any rules, laws, regulations, guidelines, or in the event that a sponsor cheats, steals, or violates any laws regarding to dealings with members. There will be no refunds in the event of a blatant rules violation. Please read the guidelines carefully! In the event that myMBonline.com cancels a sponsorship, it will give the sponsor notice that its sponsorship will be cancelled. 5. The Sponsors shall indemnify and hold harmless myMBonline.com for any and all losses, lawsuits, and actions, resulting from its sponsorship. In the event an action is raised against a Sponsor and myMBonline.com is named as a defendant, the Sponsors shall fully indemnify myMBonline.com, its owners and creators from any liability resulting from the sponsorship. 6. The Sponsors shall hold harmless and may not bring any action against myMBonline.com, its owners and creators from any and all losses resulting from myMBonline.com’s exercise of its RIGHT not to publish submissions from the Sponsor. All decisions made by myMBonline.com are considered final. NO EXCEPTIONS. 7. myMBonline.com reserves the right to modify any advertisement where myMBonline.com finds the content, copy, artwork or any other element to be, but not limited to, libelous, misleading, obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable. 8. (Applies only to Plus Sponsorship) Sponsor subforums are made available as additional marketing space for existing and current Plus Sponsors. Sponsor subforums are bound by the same Rules and Guidelines as the main myMBonline.com site/forums and are considered property of myMBonline.com, not of the Sponsor utilizing the subforum. myMBonline.com reserves the right to modify, remove, or revoke any and all content that is not in the best interests of the site. 9. Sponsor threads and/or posts contained within the forums of myMBonline.com or Sponsor subforums will be retained for no longer than fourteen (14) days after termination or expiration of Sponsorship term. myMBonline.com reserves the right to modify or purge any such advertisement threads and/or posts and is under no obligation to retain the content beyond the Sponsorship Expiration Grace Period of fourteen (14) days. If, for any reason, myMBonline.com chooses to retain the threads or posts, the content of the threads and/or posts will be modified to remove any company information that would be in violation of any non-Sponsor rules. Sponsors are strongly advised to renew their Sponsorship terms in a timely manner to avoid such scenarios. 10. myMBonline does not endorse any of the products provided, sold, and/or otherwise distributed by its Sponsors; and will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may arise from any such products. myMBonline is not responsible for the legality of any parts sold or services performed by any of its sponsors. It is the duty of the buyer to verify legality with the proper authorities. 11. myMBonline.com is not responsible if a Sponsor does not fulfill its obligations to a buyer; however, myMBonline will investigate any issues and take appropriate action with regards to a Sponsor`s status IF the transaction took place on myMBonline.com. 12. myMBonline.com is under no obligation whatsoever to censor or edit any feedback, whether negative or positive, posted on the site regarding its Sponsors. As with any business, negative feedback and/or experiences are inevitable. Though all parties are encouraged to resolve such issues offline, myMBonline.com does not censor its members from valid feedback regardless of whether it is positive or negative. myMBonline.com may remove content it deems invalid, inaccurate, or intentionally slanderous. A decision regarding such content will be made on a case by case scenario by myMBonline.com. 13.
