I would have to say, eating right is the most important to losing weight. Most importantly watching the amount of Sugars (Anytype), Carbohydrates, and Fats you're taking in. Increase your green foods and proteins.

If you are doing the typical American diet of small breakfast, medium lunch, and large dinner STOP that IMMEDIATELY.
Turn that around to Large Breakfast, Medium Lunch, and Small dinner for starters until you have become more advanced in understanding proper dieting techniques. I am a strong believer in the Atkins Diet when done properly.

If you don't eat properly you will spend more time in the gym trying to burn off the same calories that you keep stuffing into your mouth.

With a heavy weight training program and proper diet I lost 15lbs in 1 month. From 195lbs @22% body fat to 180lbs @8%, just in time for summer and the beach. This was just last year.

All my friends that are doing bodybuilding competition when they diet down for shows do either cardio twice a day, once in the morning and in the evening AFTER their weight training. They are crazy doing 4-5K Calories a day to include 4-500grams of protein.

I use to subscribe to the theory of doing cardio first but that was before.

6 small meals a day.. i count carbs cuz im diabetic (type 1) . i Ride my mountain bike everywhere wen its warm outside. this keeps me in shape and i am having fun while exercising. i also run alot cuz theres nothing like running behind a beautifful lady. as far as muscle building. i just do pushups, situps. low weight stuff, but im 6'03" and 185-95 lbs so i was born to be skinny. One thing i'd reccomend is dont miss anymore workouts for an extended amount of time. I used to train hardcore and was 230lbs, not fat, it was muscle. But i missed 5 months and lost all of it and went down to 170. but i was sick so that didnt help much im sure..

NO FAST FOOD, NO SODAs, NO CHOCOLATE NADA!

Make your own food, so youll know how much and what is going in your body.
and what comes out...

and most importantly, only you can DISCIPLINE yourself!

Well I'm about to start my High Protein Low Carb diet to get my bodyfat down to 8-10% just in time for beach season. Right now it is rainy season here in Japan.

I don't have far to go to get my bodyfat down. I just took this a week ago. Just to show I'm not a fat @$$
