Wake yo ass up at 0500, go out and run 2miles!
YOU MUST DO CARDIO BEFORE attempting any muscle/strength activites
then after cardio..
do Strength training, do 3 sets of 50 reps of PUSHUPS with 2minute rest in between= 150Total pushups
, which works on your back, shoulders, chest.
and then 2Sets of 100 reps of elevated crunches,then 1 set of 50reg situps, and finish it up with another set of 50situps with 1minute rest in between. Totaling 300 mid/abs/oblique
Just keep your heart rate going, and keep up your cardio.
Cardio is your best friend when it comes to losing weight so stay DETERMINED
, tie it up with simple strength training such as pushups/ and situps/ crunches / pull ups to get your tone, and tighten everything up.
Then do gym time, or i call it "sexy time" hehe and lift weights to make those muscle feel da BURRNN and get them biceps/triceps/ chest shoulder muscles to grooww.
As far as eating wise...STAY DEDICATED
and cut down on eating out!
NO FAST FOOD, NO SODAs, NO CHOCOLATE NADA!
Make your own food, so youll know how much and what is going in your body.
and what comes out...
and most importantly, only you can DISCIPLINE
