I do. I use it to support my client remotely. I have the paid version. :thumbup:

How much is it? $100 a year? That may be worth it, since you get file transfer. I use it to get into my office computer from hme and to fix my dads shit.

You are using the FREE version. I have the PAID version, it's a yearly subscription a little less than $100/month.

$100/month? Holy cow. I don't use the file transfer feature and can only do 5 computers.

i use the free version and i love the hell out of it. i have 8 computers in 3 different locations and most of my staff need constant IT support.

when i want to transfer files, i log into my yahoo mail on the remote computer and i email the files to myself.

i likes free.

Have it at work for a few computers. It's great stuff. Works on Windows Mobile too.

How's this any better than Remote Administrator (Radmin)?

Just curious.

I've used Radmin without issue and it's fun to screw with my staff by taking control of their keyboard/mouse...they freak out thinking there's a virus
