My first service was carried out by MB Hervey Bay who failed to change the oil, oil filter air filters etc.
Took over 12 weeks to learn how to update the GPS version to the latest one,
Flattened my battery in the process, had it on the dash cam.
When informing MB Support Australia they backed the dealership saying the dash cam was not indicative enough.

What more do they require? Accepted by the courts but not by MB or the dealership.

Has anyone else experienced such disgraceful behaviour???

I have learnt from many locals that their ability to do do the job correctly is very questionable, better to go to Maroochydore at least the service is done as per MB requirements.

A potential purchaser of a Maybach switched to a BMW equivalent mainly because of a MB Hervey Bay deplorable service performances. One sensible decision & now has more peace of mind MB loss due to poor a dealership.
