Motorex had a few crashtested, so his Skyline goes off the results for that one. I read the article a few weeks ago. The JDM Civic hasn't been tested, so the DMV is bitchy about it.

Here's a technical problem though, the Skylines that were crashed were R32's, so some DMV's even try to refuse the R33 as well.

I KNOW there must be a way, but I haven't found it yet
