Ok Whos all going to bimmerfest this year????

May 5th at the SB Fairgrounds, there are a shitload of caravans so it shouldnt be to hard to have some nice drives.

Im going with my friend whos flying out from ohio.

Lol, first time to bimmerfest im guessing?? Dude there are caravans are set to roll with 100+ cars already. There is one rolling out of SFV, if i remember last year we left at 830 i think, from a park by encino i forget the name of it though.

yup first bimmerfest.....saw some caravans that were set up already but location was an issue since im located in Burbank, CA cant find a place where there little close by

Kind of funny what happened either last year or the year before. It was a CHP fest handing out tickets left and right for some minor things like no front license plate, tinted mirrors etc....

I'll just wait for the pics and vids.

ALso to those driving up are you guys coming to the final caravan spot in Encino and then riding out? If so lets get each others numbers together so we can meet up at the park and have a mini MyMb meet.

that actually was the big nor cal meets So cal GTG at the same fairgrounds... was a f'n nightmare...

we had people taking video, of people leaving completely following the law and still getting pulled the minute they pulled out of the fairgrounds. We ended up calling up AAA and towing our cars 5 miles away to get out of that place...

Last year actually the PD got the cruise route and set up road blocks, speed traps and other things to catch them. Its a damn shame that the city allows their officers to do this, considering how much money im sure bimmerfest brings into Santa Barbara on just that day alone. now imagine if it became something like the Supra nationals in vegas, and a weekend long event.
