Wow, that looks frickin' good!

You should start making interior parts. Make a killing of it.
Wow, how long does it take you to produce each piece once the mold is complete?
About 1 full day... if I actually get a full day to work on it.
If you were to mass produce would it still take he same amount of time?
Might drop the avg time/part depending on quantity. But, i'm in no position to mass produce since I have no shop space. Just waiting for my neighbors to call health department on me or something. :eek:hnoes:

Is it going into an MB? I'm trying to guess from the shape of the parts. :dunno:
Yeah, it is. A W202 turbo showcar in New York.

I can wrap parts.

Molds are very expensive. It really depends on what it is. $75/hr and $75/sq yd of carbon fiber.

It's all relative though, and since we're all relatives of the myMBonline family, prices will definitely be lower. :woot:

i want to do the bottom spoke of the steering wheel (triangular piece), the center air vent and the silver strip that surrounds the shifter.

is that doable? :hmm
if you wrap, will the parts still sit flush?
can you match the factoy weave?

thank you :)

Very doable. Obviously, the parts will have to be out of the car so you'll have to take care of that for me.

Most of the time, the parts do grow by about 1/16th to 1/8th in thickness depending on what it is.

The factory weave can easily be matched.
