Costco's generous return policy ends

Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell, with a full refund. Exceptions: Televisions, computers, cameras, camcorders, iPOD / MP3 players and cellular phones must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund.

Straight off of Costco's site. I guess the people who abused the policy pretty much killed it for everyone else. Stupidly I didn't get to cash in on the opportunity. :wall:

LOL I exchange my Buick's battery for free every year. The subs drain the juice very quickly :D
I guess Costco will be making a lot more money since the shady folks' loophole has been closed. :clap:

Shiet... I just bought the 46" Sony LCD too during XMAS and I was planning to upgrade next XMAS w/a 56". :wall:

Your TV is "grandfathered" in. You made your purchase before the policy was made so you still are subject to the "old" warranty.

My 6-month old 46" Bravia kicks ass and I'm glad I can return it if it ever breaks.
so i can return my plasma screen that i bought from 2 years ago?
Im sorry, I contributed to this. I returned a 3 year old laser printer last week.

But I did purchase a 42" plasma for my master bedroom with no intention of returning it short of a failure

its only a 32in though but its for my bedroom

Nice... This is definitely good news! I will then upgrade next yr to a bigger n better model. :thumbup:
