Woke up this morning, went to the garage, and told myself "The rear needs to be lower."

So after a small breakfast, I went and lowered the rear. As you know, lowering the rear of a S-class just requires you to readjust the rod/bracket/slider thing. You have to use your own judgment as to how low its gonna go.

So I did it, just a small adjustment, and started the car and it looked sweet, minimal wheelgap and all. Then my mother's boyfriend comes over (he's big, 6'3" and ~250lbs) and both of them ask if they can borrow the car for lunch today. Out of politeness, I said yes, even though I didn't want them to borrow the car, and ESPECIALLY after modding.

When they pulled out of the driveway, I noticed my backend was squatting.

Man, I'm hoping for the best and that they don't blow a shock or rub the shit outta my tires. :eek:hnoes: :(

Your fault. You should have just explained to them the situation and told them how you feel.

My sister is dying to drive my E, and I simply say no. She dings/scrapes/hits everything she drives, and I don't have much tolerance for flaws.

I know man. In reality, I'm just a short asian kid with small balls. :(

To mitigate the situation, I called him and told him to drive around in the airmatic lifted position.

Man, I worry about that POS car too much.

Yup, it sure is. My dad has always told me the answer is always no to that if someone were to ask. If someone does something stupid with your car and kills someone you're on the hook for it especially with lawsuit happy America. Makes it easy for me. If people don't understand that's their bad. Nothing about selfish but when it comes down to it they ain't going to be helping once the registered owners start getting served their papers. It does always make it easier to say no with that in mind.

I think I'm over reacting. I just called her and screamed at her to bring the damn car back. It's 5 PM here and she's ruined my plans for the day to tweak, wash and take pictures of the car.

She doesn't appreciate what I do. She curbed my rims the 4th week I bought them.

I'm pissed.

agreed, very nice decals! I think you just made me want to switch from silver to white decals.

do you have airmatic? Can you raise your car up with the ABC button? That will prolly give you some clearance for your commute
