Being the undereducated, white hick from Ohio that I am, I must say that I'm forever grateful for a forum of objective and insightful Mercedes enthusiast that will let me know if my lack of intelligence has been used against me.

Okay, here is the deal. I've been looking for a front lip and a rear diffuser for my E55. The front lips out there all look like an add-on item with the exception of the Brabus.................. but they don't make the rear diffuser.

So, I purchased both the Brabus black carbon fiber front lip and the Eurorev carbon fiber rear diffuser for $1650.00 delivered.

The Brabus front lip alone list at $1500.00, so I'm thinking I did real, real good.............or maybe I should just continue to interbreed in Ohio?

No, I just ordered it today. My car is brilliant silver. Also, that Brabus logo is just a sticker and will be removed when the lip is installed on my car.

there is a little indent/groove in the ,lip i believe (definitely on their non cf lips/bumpers), so it might not look good. see if you can get someone to make a badge that size w/ "amg" written on it, shouldnt be too difficult.

As usual, thanks for your help. It sounded like too much trouble to have a Brabus styled piece fabricated, so I just started calling around. Yeah, I got screwed but relatively speaking.................I got a pretty good deal. :clap:

Yo Len...go to www.wheelexperts.com and then under gallery go to featured rides...then go and look at the E55. I believe he has some close-ups if that helps...

I have seen the lip in person and I think its nice...but I agree with what most people have said...it covers up the lines of the AMG bumper...that I like

i agree, the brabus lip is the nicest one out there, if only it came out a little more
