Happened to run into Brett (amg grateful from mbw) at lunch, he said he took his E63 to the dyno shop in santee, guys the #'s were not good.

He said hp was around 380 and tq was around 340, that really sucks!!! He took his car in to the dealer because of knocking when accelerating and they had no service bulletin so he said they did some adjustments (maybe to the timing?) , but now he says the car feels sluggish at low end. I'm confused?????

Something is definitely wrong with his car. Dyno shop is probably the best place to dyno in S.D. They are authorized service center to fix all dyno machines in our county.

380hp sounds exactly like the first E63 that got dyno'ed on MBworld. Somethings not right.

speaking of dyno at the dyno shop, there is another dyno day for $40 (cash) this month. let me find out, R you should run the car there for comparison.

380 is in the same range as Derrick E63 (I think he got 383).
