I am selling a set of four never used chrome door pins purchased from formymercedes.com for $30 US. I am pretty sure they will fit most mercedes, as you just screw off your old pins and screw these on.

I am in Australia so will sell them for $20 US and shipping to USA is $5 US

I ran those on my '05 W211, so they do fit. i already have a different set for my new one or I'd take em.
