I know that most are meant for one over the other - but is there a reasonably priced camera ($1k range) out there that does both well?

I have the same camera and the HD feature is outstanding at 1080i. Still photography is only at 4.0 megapixel though, but then again, it's NOT meant for dual purpose.Roupin said:Jangy's camera is a damn nice piece, and the video quality is very impressive...even at night!
