Do you left coasters have an HOV lane for passenger cars only? In Atlanta we have a lane (far left lane) designated for cars with two or more people. It's pretty nice because you are somewhat "aloud" to drive up to 80 in a 65 zone. That reminds me, I have seen people in that lane with blow-up dolls posing as a passenger just so they can speed. hahaha, that was one of the funniest things I have seen while driving. :rofl:
