That's great! Ling, send the guy an email and ask for $50 royalties from each set he sells. Mention some legal consequences as well. The pics will be gone in no time.

That fuck didn't respond to my email I send 2 weeks ago and ebay hasn't done shit either. Other guys from MBW have notified Ebay as well. Still didn't do anything.

Send a bitchin letter informing him of legal action. Also, if you can make a 2nd Ebay account, buy all his items and don't pay. But don't do that with your primary account though.
Are the pics linked directly from your server, or did he save them and host them somewhere else? When my friend's pictures were stolen, he replaced the pics with gay sex pics and notified Ebay of the indecent auction.

I'm just curious about the nature of the emails you sent him. Did you mention legal consequences? Because if he sells them for a profit using your pictures, he REALLY does owe you the money.
