Don't do it. Dyno mode turns off MANY safety features, including airbag. It can me "calibrated" through STAR to be more or less sensitive.
My '06 with traction control off (ESP light on) lets a good bit of slide go before it kicks in.
Sorry Roupin, but the MBs just are not driver cars. You can definitely tweak with it to have your fun (slides and all), but you will never be as "in control" as the computers are.

I still keep the gas pinned, and just let the computer get the car back in shape before it lets it go again.
