Performance parts for the C230 2.5L V6

throw some magnaflow mufflers on to reduce weight and a bit of flow

K&N filters seems to change up a small things like sound and response but dont expect HP gains

drop on springs or coils seems to be the most noticeable improvement for the buck

other than that, pretty much everything else is cosmetic... wheels/CF lids/etc.

IMO leave the stock exhaust pipes and just throw on some mufflers. going bigger dimension will only lead to torque loss and unpleasant drone.
