OK everybody, post your favorite body kits in here. Please include pics, price, availability (if you know), and if you bought them - tell us the total final cost after all installation work, you know - price of the kit + labor + paint + whatever else.

I know a lot of people around here, including me, have no idea what the real cost of a kit can be, or what kits are good quality, etc.

I used a currency calculator - the AC kit is $2716, not counting shipping.

I am partial to the Wald kits. Here is one I am looking at for the project. I can get it for $1400 minus paint and labor. I don't have an idea of what paint may cost. Anyone?

Yeah...for some reason this is what they quoted me, matt:

Hello Omar Galindo,

Thank you for your interest in our products. Here is the cost of the
kit by
pc:

Front bumper 1732.50
Side Skirts 1201.20
Rear bumper 1732.50

Fender trim 730.00

The fender trim is a pc of Fiber glass that you lay over each of the
wheel
wells on the car. They are not needed to complete the kit. This price
does
not include shipping from Japan to the states. We will need to get a
deposit before the kit can be ordered and expect a 6-8 week lead time.

Gabe

So ionno who is telling the truth here, the website and its calculations or Gabe....cause i tried to convert the money and i remember getting around that too, if i remember correctly

Hmm...

$4,666.20 for the kit without the fender trim...

not worth it in my opinion - Especially since Auto Couture is not even that great of a kit and company.

not saying that customer service makes it the best part of owning the bodykit, but it seems like you are bashing them/giving them a bad name for no reason...

Sorry Omar Gaylindo, I forgot you question anything and everything. You should know me - I don't bash on anything without a reason.
