I wish I had a SLK55...... :bow: I'd buy that kit in a heartbeat. Considering it's not a one-off and there are plans to sell it, albeit in limited quantities, that sounds good for the SLK R171 peeps.

i was parked 2 cars from him for couple hrs at the SoCal Meet.. car really looked good, needed some touching up... but it was sexy in person.
I love the SLK55 AMG.
But I'm not feeling this kit.

The kit makes the otherwise beautiful car look........cartoonish.

never understood why some people say things like he tried to be a poser by moding it like that.....people throw on a amg kit, does that make them a poser? now i see stock benz's with a amg on the rear......thats can be a poser but i don't see him saying anything about slk55 black series.... :dunno: :dunno: :dunno:

Very true Alex. One smartass on MBWorld was also claiming that all non-AMG cars with AMG bodykits are also considered posers. My car is not an AMG, but it has the sport package which consists of the AMG bumpers and sideskirts. All of a sudden my car is a factory poser. Riiiiiiight.
Hopefully that car will have the HP to backup that look.
