Please post a price :)
and a picture.

and a description of what it is/does.
Yeah price and some features? What is retail on it, too?
Wow that's a sweet one. If I hadn't just bought a camcorder (albeit inferior) this would be hard to resist.

Hate to say this to you Jay, but you need to fix a price.
Brand new, unopenned? If it is mint, I'd be interested. You can't just return it? I know nothing about these things and don't even know if this has the features I need.

I want one for in the car, let me know if this is what I need or if I need another kind. I love the hard drive concept.

Jangster,

Brand new, just got it for my BDAY. It's still in the box. It has all the features you want and it's HD. The hard drive concept is awesome!
What's your return policy? I wasn't planning on getting nearly as nice of one, but I do like the Hard Drive part.

I assume I can add lenses, etc? Also, is there a remote?
Last thing, is the box sealed?I assume it gets full warranty, etc? Sony is picky about that sometimes.

Anyone know what a fair price would be? I think I'll take it.
MSRP looks like it's $1500, Shop.com has it at $1200. From there, it's up to you how much you value a return policy.

I don't think you can add lenses to it since it's a camcorder, not an SLR camera.

It states online that a remote is included.

Good luck, and let's see some quality ownage on the streets!

21 days return policy. Yes, you can add wide-angle lenses to it and it does come with a remote. The box is SEALED w/full 1yr warranty.
Wide angle attachments are readily available for them. Jay has one for his and is a must for in-car use.
21 days. LOL!! How about $1k cash? I wasn't looking to spend nearly as much, but I guess I can play with it. I've wanted one for ages.
Haha!1 I am such a whacko. i haven't even gotten the damn thing and I'm already trying to find a lens and extra shit for it.

WAKE UP, JEFF!!! Call a brother up!

Anyone know where I can get lens, etc. in SD? I don't wanna order unless the savings is much better.
You can try Calumet photo (Escondido), Ritz (many locations), or George's camera in North Park.
Escondido is close. Do I just say I am getting a Sony Cam and I need a lens? I assume I want wide angle, right?

I also want to get a car power adapter for long rides.
You should get both the wide angle lens and the power adapter.

The power adapter will come in handy. Just give them the model of the camcorder and ask if they have it in stock.

Jangster, you can get them from Fry's bro. I think I saw them for around $50. :)
$50 bucks? SWEET!! i just hope Frys will match your 21 day return policy ;)
Not to get too far ahead of myself, but how do I download and share the movies I will be making? I know how to make pictures into JPEG, but have no clue on this other realm. Do I get a youtube account?
